Terms and Conditions for MCAT Tutoring Services

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the provision of MCAT tutoring services ("Services") offered by MedSchool 4 All ("Tutor") to the client ("Client"). By engaging the Tutor's Services, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services

The Tutor agrees to provide MCAT tutoring Services to the Client in accordance with the Client's needs and specifications. The Services may include but are not limited to one-on-one tutoring sessions, review of practice tests, provision of study materials, and guidance on test-taking strategies.

3. Scheduling and Cancellation

Sessions will be scheduled mutually between the Tutor and the Client. The Client should provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of sessions.

4. Fees and Payments

The Client agrees to pay the Tutor the agreed-upon fee for each tutoring session. Payment is due before the session unless otherwise agreed upon. Payments can be made via venmo, zelle, cashapp, or paypal. The Tutor reserves the right to adjust fees upon providing reasonable notice to the Client.

5. Refunds

Refunds will be provided at the discretion of the Tutor. In the event of a cancellation by the Client, refunds may be issued in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined in Section 3.

6. Conduct

The Client agrees to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner during all tutoring sessions. Any behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive by the Tutor may result in termination of Services with no refund.

7. Confidentiality

The Tutor agrees to keep all information shared by the Client confidential, including but not limited to academic records, test scores, and personal information. The Client also agrees to respect the confidentiality of any materials provided by the Tutor.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Tutor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the Services provided, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the tutoring Services with written notice to the other party. Upon termination, any outstanding fees shall become immediately due and payable.

10. Amendments

These Terms may be amended by the Tutor from time to time. The Client will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the Services will constitute acceptance of the amended Terms.

By engaging the Tutor's Services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
